Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society Induct New Members

Thomas University’s Phi Kappa Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society inducted 15 new members this Fall.  

The new members are comprised of four undergraduate students and 11 graduate students who are pursuing a degree in education.  

 To be initiated in TU’s Phi Kappa Chapter, students must have a 3.5 GPA or higher, satisfactory disposition ratings, and recommendations from the Education faculty. 

The new 2023 Fall Undergraduate inductees are:  

Mason Ard, Middle Grades Science; Brookelyn Key, Middle Grades Education; Armoray Roberts, Early Childhood Education, and Bethany Stewart, Early Childhood Education. 

The new 2023 Fall Graduate inductees are: 

Amy Bennett, Master of Education in Elementary Education; Shanta Cooper, Master of Arts in Elementary Education, Amanda DeLoach, Master of Arts in Teaching (Elementary Education); Educational Leadership (Tier I); Christian Edwards, Educational Leadership (Tier I); Mercedes Jackson, Master of Education (Curriculum & Instruction); Apeksha Mehta, Teacher Leadership, Natallia Lunn, Master of Arts in Teaching (Elementary Education); Bethany Pildner, Master of Arts in Teaching (Pedagogy); Alexander Ross, Master of Arts in Teaching (Elementary Education); Amy Satterfield, Master of Education in Elementary Education (K-5 Mathematics and Gifted Endorsement) and Kathryn Surrency, Master of Arts in Teaching (Elementary Education).
